With more than two decades in digital marketing, Neisha has seen it all - from blind ad buys in London before Google was even a thing, to leading the marketing team at Flick Electric as part of the SLT. She also spent a good stint at Trade Me, giving her a wealth of client-side insight before joining Aro Digital to head up our Projects team. She’s at her best when she’s solving business challenges with smart data, strategic thinking, and the right people in the room. Clients and teammates alike come to her for insights and clarity - and she delivers with enthusiasm (and spreadsheets). Outside of Aro Digital, she co-founded Mana Wāhine | Power Women, a now nationwide network of 500+ women, which was established to help women working in the energy sector to connect and get their voices heard.
